Q: Do we need to submit the audit every semester?
A: Yes! As per article 3.1.4. of the Internal Regulations, all clubs must submit the both fall and winter audit in order to maintain their club status.
Q: What if we didn’t have any financial activity this semester? Do we still need to submit?
A: Yes! What you’ll do is submit an audit with an opening and closing balance of $0.00 as well as a note in the disclosure section explaining that there was no activity in your bank account this semester. This will demonstrate to the auditor that you’ve done your due diligence as a club.
