Catering Menu
Our carefully constructed menu includes a variety of options for your meeting, conference, or party!
You can choose options from our current menu or request a custom order.
Catering can both accompany a room booking or be booked independently.
If you would like to request ‘Independent Catering,’ please fill out the following form.
If you would like to offer Catering Services at your next event or room booking please be sure to select it as an option when filling out the Event Booking Form.
SSMU-affiliated Clubs, Services & ISGs should request Catering Services via their SSMU EMS Portal.
External Food & Catering
While you are welcome to bring your own food or use an external caterer, cleaning and disposal fee may apply.
Alternatively, you may request services from one of our preferred caterers. Our recommended list of caterers have experience working at McGill University and are familiar with its regulations, policies, and procedures. Please contact the Events Administrator to explore your options!
If the Renter chooses to forego all catering services and bring their own food they will pay a cleaning, disposal and processing fee.
The fee is applicable for any food or drinks in any quantity: (e.g. coffee, bags of chips, juice boxes, pizza, samosas).
If the Renter fails to declare that they will be serving their own foods or drinks, the fee will be applied retrospectively and any future booking of SSMU space may be suspended.
