We are leaving Canada at the end of December, and we are looking for someone to take over the lease beginning January 2016, with the option to renew for September 2016. You can move in late December.

This spacious, lovely one bedroom apartment is steps away from McGill campus, downtown, St. Laurent, Parc du Mont-Royal, and the Plateau. It’s a 4 minute walk (or less) to bus lines 144, 80, 129, 435, 55, 29, and 24, and a 10 minute walk to metro stations Place Des Arts (green line) and Sherbrooke (orange line). Also, 4 BIXI stations are located nearby.

It’s also one block from Les Galeries du Parc (La Cite), which itself has 2 full grocery stores (Metro and Eden), a gym, pool, multiple restaurants, a Dollorama, and UniPrix pharmacy (with full Canada Post services).

It is on the 14th floor of a quiet, well cared-for building with on-site superintendent, janitor, 24/7 security, 2 elevators, laundry facilities, and ample street parking, particularly with a city permit.

The bedroom is large , perfect for roommates or couples (even with children).

The rent includes:

– all utilities (electricity, heating, and water)
– kitchen with stove, oven, and full-sized fridge with freezer (all in great condition)
– bathroom (sink, toilet, and bath tub/shower, in great condition and with good water pressure)

We would not be leaving this apartment if we were not leaving the city. We’ve lived in this building for 4 years and could not have been happier.
