Dr. J. B. Debruille, associate professor of the Department of Psychiatry of McGill University, is looking for pairs of participants for a psychological study. These pairs should consist of two friends, who are right-handed, very close and have known each other for at least 3 years. Each member of the pair should be between 18 and 30 years old, with at least a college level of education (completed or in process), and have no history of neurological or psychological illness. Both you and your close friend would come to the Douglas hospital for a meeting that lasts about 6 hours and a half. The experiment involves the recording of your brain’s electrical activity while you complete a simple computerized task. This study also requires that you answer personal questions about your life. Confidentiality will be total. You will be financially compensated for your participation. If you are interested by the present study, please contact us at ipnmcgill@gmail.com.
