Description

I am an experienced course instructor in the humanities and am offering my experience and know-how to anyone needing proof-reading/editing for a paper/application etc., or advice on how to write or study effectively for exams/tests, especially in history (my field).

While studying for my Ph.D , I have taught multiple classes here at McGill, ranging from large lecture courses (First-Third Year level) to upper-year seminars. Combined with my own experience in academic writing, this means I have close to a decade of crafting and grading assignments and know what professors/instructors are often looking for and want to see.

What I offer is a thorough and critical reading of your work, complete with editing (using ‘track changes’ in word), advice on argumentation/style and help with citations if necessary/desired. As for payment (e-transfer is best), my rate is calculated by the number of double-spaced pages, beginning with $20 for 1-4 pages, $30 for 5-9 and going up sequentially from there.

So, if you are looking to improve your marks or simply become a better writer, please do get in touch!
