I recently finished grad school, and I’m looking for a nice /responsible/studious female roommate for my fully furnished Plateau apartment. Not a party person, but I like the arts/music. I finished my PhD in the Humanities/Arts a few weeks ago and I’m looking for someone considerate, studious, responsible, and nice. The apt. is near Parc Lafontaine close to French bakeries and cafes. The apartment itself is very beautiful, cute, cozy, and very spacious. There are two balconies. It looks like a cottage because of all the wood. There is a gorgeous piano in the living room. I am renting out one of the rooms (fully furnished and includes bed, desk, chair, and bookcase). The rent is 449$/month for the room (plus internet and hydro – probably around 35$ for each). The living room, the kitchen, the storage room, the laundry room, the bathroom, an office, and the two balconies will be shared. The room is fully furnished, medium-sized and connects to the living room through a beautiful wooden glass French sliding door (I’ve attached some pictures). There is a separate office with a big balcony window next to it, which I rarely use.
