Our apartment is an 8 1/2 with 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room, 2 bathrooms with both shower and bathtub. The apartment is already furnished with plenty of room. The total rent for the apartment is $2335, and split between 5 people that would come to about $470. Currently 2 of our roommates are going on exchange, and we want to fill both of their spots for the winter semester. If only one person moves in, the rent will be about $580 each. We are all McGill students, but we are open to living with anyone. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the McGill campus, and is only a few minutes walk from St Laurent, many cafes and bars, a movie theatre, grocery stores, as well as bus and metro stations.
