Graphic Designer  Lead Bartender 
The primary responsibility of the Graphic Designer is to assist the Executive Committee and the Communications and Publications Manager with the execution of graphics for the purposes of communications.  The position consists of the creation of print and online media including web pages, logos, flyers, business cards, posters and other media to these ends. As a Gerts’ Bartender, the individual must make a positive contribution to the operations of Gerts Bar. The Bartender must ensure that all members of the McGill community receive prompt and courteous service, and assist in promoting events held at the bar.  The Lead Bartender will also be responsible for overseeing the operations and daily functions of the bar and service areas while on duty.
Judicial Board Justice Parliamentarian
Justices are responsible for hearing cases on the interpretation of the SSMU, Constitution and Bylaws, motions passed by Council, issues of referenda and elections, and the Constitutionality of actions of the Society generally. The duties of the Parliamentarian are to assist the Speaker of Council with preparation of documents and to fulfill the duties of the Speaker of Council if required.
Culture Shock Coordinator Francophone Commissioner
The Culture Shock Coordinator will help plan and run the Culture Shock event while working closely with QPIRGThe Culture Shock Coordinator will be responsible for the following responsibilities. The Francophone Commissioner will be working with the Vice-President (Internal Affairs) to advise Executives, represent students and promote the francophone community.
Sponsorship Representative – for after Summer / Manuella Vulcan Survey Coordinator
The Sponsorship Representative is responsible for producing and delivering sponsorship package for the purpose of soliciting local and national businesses to contribute monies to SSMU activities and events including (but not limited to) Frosh, 4 Floors, Movies in the Park, Faculty Olympics, Activities Night, Culture Shock and any other events as specified by an executive under whose portfolio events may fall. The Vulcan Survey Coordinator is responsible for analyzing the data to produce a report and to present the statistical data.

 

Old McGill Yearbook Section Editor Old McGill Yearbook Editor-In-Chief
The Section Editor position with the Old McGill Yearbook is responsible for the successful implementation of publication according to the vision of the Old McGill Editor-in-Chief and the Vice-President (Internal). The Section Editor will be assigned a particular section of the Yearbook and will be responsible for researching images and sourcing copy for that section. The Editor-in-Chief position with the Old McGill Yearbook is responsible for the successful direction, development and delivery of the publication. The Editor-in-Chief will coordinate the efforts of photographers, editors and content managers to put together the yearbook in time for printing in March and delivery by Convocation in May.
Old McGill Yearbook Layout Editor Old McGill Yearbook Promotions Coordinator
The Layout Editor position with the Old McGill Yearbook is responsible for the successful implementation of publication according to the vision of the Old McGill Editor-in-Chief and the Vice-President (Internal). The Layout Editor will be responsible for layout of the entire book  The Old McGill Promotions Coordinator will be responsible for promoting the sales of the Old McGill yearbook.
