Information and Motion Writing Session:
Want to submit a motion but not sure how? come get help from SSMU councilors and learn some writing tips!
October 5th in the Shatner Building Clubs Lounge (4th Floor) from 4 pm until 6:30pm
Motions are due:
All motions should be submitted to the Speakers of Council
October 9th @ 5pm
General Assembly:
Get informed. Learn more about GAs or about the rules before the Assembly.
October 21st @ 3pm in the Shatner cafeteria

SSMU is hiring a
General Assembly Campaign Coordinator:
The GACC will work in conjunction with the President to help with widescale promotion of the General Assembly process, including the drafting of motions. Duties will include strategic planning, tabling, postering, handbilling, classroom announcements, and responding to questions.
-Applicants should be interested in the GA process. -Knowledge of SSMU and applicable sections of by-laws and constitution a plus.
-Time Commitment: 10-15 hours total; 2 Weeks Prior to, and including the General Assembly
