The Turkish Students’ Society of McGill University (TSSMU) is a student-run organization dedicated to fostering community, culture, and connection among Turkish students and those interested in Turkish heritage at McGill. Our mission is to create a welcoming space where members can celebrate Turkish culture, build lasting friendships, and support one another both academically and socially. TSSMU organizes cultural events, social gatherings, and academic initiatives throughout the year, ranging from traditional celebrations and food festivals to networking events and collaborative projects. We also serve as a bridge between McGill’s diverse student body and the broader Turkish community in Montreal, promoting cross-cultural understanding and dialogue.
