Write For Rights – Letter Writing 5@7 Against Law 21

About the event

Join us to write letters to members of Quebec’s National Assembly to voice our opposition to Law 21, which limits participation of people wearing visible religious symbols in certain public sector jobs. This discriminatory law serves to legislate bigotry and further marginalizes people from underrepresented groups and those of any faith who elect to wear a symbol emblematic of that faith.
Whether you are an atheist or person of faith, stand in solidarity with our friends and neighbours because standing up for human rights is something we can all agree on.
