Each year, the SSMU hosts elections so that students have the opportunity to make a difference in their student government and to campaign on the issues that matter to them and their communities. You can nominate yourself and campaign to represent your fellow students at the Board or Executive level. These elections primarily take place in the winter semester of each year. Every SSMU member is encouraged to run in our elections.
All voting takes place online using our online electronic voting service, Simply Voting. To view past ballots, or vote in the UTSU’s elections, please visit ssmu.simplyvoting.com and sign in using your McGill Username and password.
