Only email addresses with @ssmu.ca | @mail.mcgill.ca | @mcgill.ca will be able to submit events.
By posting your event in the SSMU calendar, you agree that it is in compliance with the SSMU and McGill policies and regulations.
All SSMU Student Group events must comply with proper insurance coverage.
Discriminatory, obscene, or defamatory language content will be automatically rejected.
Please note that the guidelines are not exhaustive. As such, the SSMU calendar moderators shall have full discretion to address any behaviour that they feel is inappropriate and reserve the right to modify events, delete events, and revoke the ability of any user to post events without notice.
