Looking to stay grounded throughout the end-of-semester grind? Join MORSL and the Peer Health Ambassadors for “De-Stress through Free-Writing!” On Tuesday March 23, from 6-7pm, you’re invited to (virtually) gather for a reflective writing session. We’ll be exploring how meditation and stream-of-consciousness journaling can promote stress management and spiritual well-being.
