THE SSMU ACCESSIBILITY COMMITTEE IS LOOKING FOR MEMBERS AT LARGE!

THE SSMU ACCESSIBILITY COMMITTEE IS LOOKING FOR MEMBERS AT LARGE!

About the event

This form is intended as a short application form for the Students’ Society of McGill University Accessibility Committee. This is a committee dedicated towards advancing accessibility on campus and in the SSMU Community. I am hoping that this committee’s goals for the year can be set by our membership as our mandate is very broad. This means that we are looking for various ideas on things that you would like to see happen at the SSMU and McGill more broadly!

This committee will meet once every 2 weeks for about an hour. There will of course be some work in-between meetings depending on what projects that we work on and those that interest you. Even so, we are very flexible and can fit your schedule and interests.

This committee is chaired by myself, the SSMU Accessibility Coordinator. My name is Sal (they/them) and you can reach me with any concerns or further questions at accessibility@ssmu.ca

You can read about the SSMU’s current Accessibility mandate in the SSMU Accessibility Policy
