Judicial Board

The Judicial Board is a body of the Board of Directors which has the authority to render opinions on matters which the Constitution or Internal Regulations specify.

Powers

Per the Internal Regulations of Governance, the Judicial Board is a body of the Board of Directors who has the authority to review complaints lodged against the Society or its Members or provide opinions in accordance with its established process.

After review, the Judicial Board has the authority to: 

Matters which are addressed by the Judicial Board may be appealed to the Board of Directors as necessary.

The Judicial Board is constituted per Article 15 of the SSMU Constitution. The Judicial Board can be contacted at jboard@ssmu.ca
