Hearing Time & Location
A hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 1:00pm EDT via Zoom Teleconference, for the parties in this case to present oral arguments and respond to questions. This meeting is open to the public, subject to space limitations. Any person wishing to attend should confirm their intention to do so with us by email at least five hours before the scheduled start time.
