Building Information
The University Centre is one of the best spots on campus to eat, relax, and connect. Managed by the SSMU, it’s designed to provide services for all its members and student groups. Inside, you’ll find a cafeteria, a café, a bar, a student lounge, and a variety of student services.

Event Support & Security
While the SSMU Events Department manages the booking of event spaces within the University Centre, Building Services supports the overall operation of the facility.

Daily upkeep, cleaning services, and routine maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Access & Security
Building access control, on-site security presence, and coordination for after-hours access for authorized activities.

Lost & Found Services

Logistics & Protocols
Delivery + Mail
All large deliveries for the University Centre must be scheduled via the loading dock. Regular mail for tenants is delivered to the main reception area.
Drop Off + Pick Up
Short-term drop-offs for events can be made at the main entrance with prior notification. Pick-ups for club materials should be coordinated with the Building Services office.
