Legal Information Clinic at McGill (LICM)
The Legal Information Clinic at McGill (LICM) is a non-profit, student-run, bilingual and free legal information service. Our mandate is to provide legal information, referrals, and community services to the McGill and Montreal communities, with a continuing commitment to meeting the needs of marginalized groups. Through its Advocacy services, it acts as advisor to McGill students in their academic disputes with the University.
uPrint Station on the Main Floor
Our McGill uPrint station is available on the main floor near the elevator. Whether you need to print, scan, or make photocopies.
For McGill Students, Faculty, and Staff:

2. Send your print jobs from any smartphone, laptop or tablet.
For Guests and Visitors:
Don’t have a McGill ID?
No problem! You can purchase a uPrint Prepaid Guest Card from the McGill Library or Campus Store. These cards are perfect for our LICM (Legal Information Clinic) clients and other visitors.
While the SSMU Events Department manages the booking of event spaces within the University Centre, Building Services supports the overall operation of the facility.

Building Operations & Maintenance
Daily upkeep, cleaning services, and routine maintenance to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Access & Security
Building access control, on-site security presence, and coordination for after-hours access for authorized activities.
Hub for Student Activities
Providing the physical infrastructure for a wide range of student-led events, club activities, and informal gatherings.
Lost & Found Services
The SSMU Security Department is responsible for all items turned into Lost and Found of the SSMU building (University Centre).
Waste Management & Sustainability
Recycling, compost, and waste reduction programs.
Logistics & Protocols
Delivery + Mail
All large deliveries for the University Centre must be scheduled via the loading dock. Regular mail for tenants is delivered to the main reception area.
Drop Off + Pick Up
Short-term drop-offs for events can be made at the main entrance with prior notification. Pick-ups for club materials should be coordinated with the Building Services office.
