The Winter General Assembly is next Wednesday, February 27 @ 4:30PM in the Shatner Building ‘s Ball (3rd floor)
What can you expect at this GA?
To name a few, we will be discussing the evolution of student space in the William Shatner University Centre and motions regarding the Social Equity and Diversity Education Office, conflict minerals, first year transfer credits, and Idle No More. We strongly encourage you to attend it and make YOUR VOICE heard! The SSMU executives will also be presenting their respective reports, and this will be an excellent chance to hear about what they have been up to all year (and to ask them tough questions!).
Also, make sure to visit the official GA website (ssmu.ca/ga) for more information on how to submit motions on the floor, as the Feb 13 deadline passed.
