The Queer McGill Undergraduate Fund is accepting funding requests.

The Fund aims to provide assistance to students suffering from violence or discrimination as a result of being queer or trans*, specifically. The goal of the Fund will be to allow its recipients to continue their studies despite extenuating circumstances in their life. The Fund is exclusively need-based. Its purpose is not to reward academic performance but to assist those experiencing hardship. All applicants and details on applications are confidential.

Students can apply for long-term funding up to $1,000 a semester or emergency funding up to $250 per instance.

All applications for funding must be submitted to the SSMU VP University Affairs and Queer McGill Executive. Applications are accepted at anytime throughout the year and are reviewed upon receipt.
