The 2010 Inter University Everest Poker championship is a friendly competition completely free, which allows students from 15 different Quebec universities to compete while sharing their common passion for poker.
The qualifying section of the championship will consist of 10 free online qualifying tournaments, with a prize pool of $600 in student bursaries. From these qualifying rounds, a ranking will be built and a McGill team will be selected to participate in a live final. Many additional student bursaries will be awarded at the final, along with a grand prize of a seat at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas in 2010!
