Mandatory Clubs and Services Workshop – Sept. 28-29

The Clubs and Services Workshop will now be occurring Sept. 28th and 29th instead of Sept. 21st and 22nd***

In order to maintain status, all clubs (including interim and sanctioned clubs) and services MUST attend clubs and services workshops.

  • Please fill out this form only once for your group. The deadline to register is September 24th at 11:59pm, there will be no extension. 

Failure to attend all club/service workshops will result in a sanction. If you or your fellow club executives are unable to attend these training dates, please get in contact at studentlife@ssmu.ca

*as long as you reach the quota listed, executives from the same student group can attend different GSVP trainings*

It is integral that you fill out and read the RSVP form so that your student group is aware of all that they need to complete in order to maintain club status. 

Although all slides will be shared at the conclusion of the presentation, we encourage participants to take notes and distribute the information to their entire club, ensuring that all the information is known throughout your student group.
