At The McGill Women in Leadership Students’ Association, we are dedicated to providing students with the information, opportunities, and support network they need to tap into their full potential as professionals, students, and global leaders. We welcome women and non-binary-identifying students from a range of fields to share their accomplishments and experiences. MWIL connects members with extensive opportunities to learn, and ultimately empower them to be critically engaged global leaders. Through a series of diverse speaker series and panels, career building workshops, our annual ‘Trailblazers’ conference, and several community outreach initiatives, members of MWIL have extensive opportunities to learn, bond, and network with mentors and colleagues
