In our shared commitment to maintaining a positive, safe, and well-organized environment within our facilities, we kindly request your cooperation in the following matters:
Respect for Capacity: Adhere to designated capacity limits to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
Furniture Integrity: Do not remove furniture from the assigned spaces for safety reasons. This is essential to prevent safety hazards and maintain the area’s functionality.
Understand the distinction between your event time and the reserved time: The event time is when your activity takes place, and the reserved time is allocated for setup/clean up by our staff. Promptly vacate the premises at the end of your scheduled event time.
Timely Communication: If there are any changes to your event times or details, promptly inform the Events Department at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. This aids in smooth coordination and assistance.
Respect for Building Porters: Our building porters play a crucial role in ensuring our spaces’ cleanliness, orderliness, and safety. Disrespect towards them will not be tolerated.
