Dear McGill Students,

Meditation and mindfulness have been shown to help people stress less, focus more, and sleep soundly, and Headspace is your personal guide. With hundreds of guided exercises for meditation, sleep, focus, and movement, we’ll help you start and end your days feeling like your best self.

The best part? Undergraduate McGill Students have full access to Headspace at no cost via the SSMU Student Services program.

To activate your Headspace subscription, please follow these steps:

2. When prompted, choose “No, I do not have an account” if you are new to Headspace or “Yes, I have an account” if you have an existing Headspace account.
3. If you answer no, please go ahead and sign up for a new account.
4. If the answer is yes, log in to your existing account.
5. Enter your eligible university email – you will then receive a link to activate the subscription
6. Click the “Verify” button in the activation email to activate your new membership
