The main organization works with the Canadian government, on a national and municipal level, to advocate for a change in the attitude towards North Korean refugees. Learn more about the mandate and structure of the McGill Students for Hanvoice in their club constitution.

PLQ @ McGill

PLQ McGill is the official McGill branch of the Youth Commission of the Québec Liberal Party. We host political debates and forums, as well as Policy Commission Meetings to develop new ideas, which will then be sent to the QLP Youth Commission. Those meetings will give McGill students the possibility of having their opinion being heard.

Socialist Fightback Club

The members of Socialist Fightback seek to pique student interest in Marxist political theory (and practice). We are opposed to a world where austerity is the norm, while at the same time 85 people own as much wealth as the lower 3.5 billion. As Marxists, we seek to build a world without hunger, poverty, and unemployment by instituting public democratic ownership over the main productive forces of the economy.

Our club organizes events about twice a month where we have movie screenings, presentations, and/or reading groups to discuss various topics of Marxist theory.
