Thriving in the Face of Doom: A Workshop on Coping with Eco-Anxiety

About the event

Do you feel overwhelmed by the climate crisis? Scared by the future and the environmental problems you’ve been learning about? You are not alone! Join ECOLE, M.E.S.S., and the McGill Office of Religious and Spiritual Life for an interactive workshop on environmental anxiety. “Thriving in the Face of Doom” will offer students a space to share experiences of eco-anxiety and develop ways to cope and even thrive. On Wed. Feb. 26 or Thurs. Feb. 27 (6:30-8:00pm), come find out how we can cultivate hope, build resilience, and transform our fears into action. Free (including snacks), but registration required: https://www.mcgill.ca/morsl/thriving-face-doom-workshop-coping-eco-anxiety
