We are seeking volunteers to help with various tasks, including set-up, take-down, managing capacity and traffic flow, and providing information to tablers and attendees.
As a volunteer, you will:
• Be treated to refreshments and food in the afternoon.
• Receive an official SSMU Volunteer shirt.
• Have the opportunity to gain valuable volunteer experience that can be added to your Co-Curricular Record.
Your support and contribution as a volunteer are greatly appreciated. It’s a wonderful opportunity to get involved and make a difference during the event!

Location Description
Tomlinson Fieldhouse at McGill University is located in the Milton-Parc neighborhood of Montreal. It is part of the larger Athletics Complex on the campus.
To access the event in the Fieldhouse, you’ll need to enter through Tomlinson Hall. There will be signs and volunteers to help guide you!
