In order to post your advertisement on any of the SSMU designated poster boards, you must submit your posters for approval by bringing them to the SSMU Office (3600 McTavish, suite 1200, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). Once the posters have been approved WE POST them for a period of 2 weeks from posting date. All postings take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays and any materials posted without our permission will be removed. A repeat occurrence of unapproved posters may result in a building ban.
You can submit a maximum of two posters at or between the sizes of 8.5″ x 11″ and 11″ x 17″. Advertisements must not compete with University Centre and tenant operations and/or contain objectionable materials deemed inappropriate by the SSMU. Anything that doesn’t match this criteria will not be posted. The SSMU reserves the right to reject any poster and will not be held responsible for the physical security of posted materials.
